Specialty treatment? Also, a Psycholohy of different psychological disorders and the methods used to treat each. What its like to work in professional sports, any programs Sporting KC offers youth, anything about soccer! We are studying the career clusters.

Many of my students express interest in professional sports. I try to encourage them to follow their dreams while at the same time stressing the importance of having a back up plan. For those who can not make it to the professional level what are some careers that are associated with the industry?

I want my students to realize how difficult it is to become a professional athlete without discouraging them.

I would like for them to become more aware of related careers, careers where they could be in the professional sports environment without having to be the professional athlete. Our class is studying the various health care careers available.

This is preparing us to go into the medical field with an understanding of different careers. I would like to know the daily duties of a sports medicine doctor, what their favorite part of Psjchology job is, what injuries they see the click, what qualities of a person are required for this job, and also why they chose to be a sports medicine doctor.

Our class is studying the biological approach. Students are identifying parts of the brain and learning about sensation, perception and consciousness. Students are investigating different applications and career choices regarding the field of psychology. The second requirement is a Self-Assessment Presentation requires students to make a report or presentation of their self assessment to a workplace mentor live or virtually via Nepris.
