The Child Protection Hub is a capacity building and knowledge management initiative with an interactive online platform for child protection professionals, policymakers and academia. Members of the professional network learn, collaborate and share knowledge both in the virtual space and in real life in order to positively impact lives of children in South Eastern Europe. The e-learning should be developed through a participatory process and in co-creation with children, oriented by the consultant. The E-learning will be developed through a participatory co-creation process to structure both its focus and content source the development of the related materials for the e-learning technical programming will be done separately.
The consultant will propose a methodology to engage children during the e-learning course development in 2 phases:. A participatory process for co-creation with children and youth to develop the outline and select the content and specific focus of the e-learning.

This process will most likely be conducted with groups of Deevlopment that Tdh and partners interact with, likely remotely through distance participation. The content co-creation with children and youth will be led by Tdh and partners who work directly in the field with groups of children in various contexts.
The Consultant should propose a strategy on how to organize this co-creation process while managing expectations and interests of children and youths, within the parameters of the objectives of the e-learning.
The methodology developed should include a detailed guide for facilitators who will interact with these different groups of children. Technical assistance and trouble shooting for difficult situations will be offered by the consultant throughout the development of the e-learning. To lead and develop the overall content of the eLearning, structure, scripts, exercises, background reading, etc in co-creation with children and youths.
