The final part comprises the work commissioned to inform and Objectively Assessed Need, and the conclusions reached by the Joint Planning Unit, and accepted by the Joint Strategic Planning Committee. This part comprises a report from Peter Brett Associates, together with an Appendix and clarification notes; a report from the Cambridge Centre for Housing and Planning Research; a report setting out the conclusions reached by the Joint Planning Unit following receipt of the Peter Brett and Cambridge reports, and a report from Richard Cooper, providing a commentary on the Peter Brett and Cambridge reports and the JPU conclusions.
